This from September 2007 Trying to cook paalak daal in Toulouse, France, i dont know french so it took quite few time to figure out spinach is called “Epinards” luckily found it at casino its sort of walmart you can say

1. boil the epinard ( thats spinach/paalak its called epinard in french) and the dall together

2. Cut onions/ tomatoes

3. add the salt, spices whatever you like basic being “gaaram masala/ salt/ mirchi power (chilly power) coriander power/turmeric powder and cumin seeds

mix the boilled spinach/epinard paalak/ with the gravy prepared and have have hot indian paalak daal. ready

last few months yeah i know bounty and snickers aren’t breakfast but being placed at strategic location these can be savior

leaving france: i dont like packing because i am bad at packing  its pain…   

Dinner @ Les Americains near Wilson square- Toulouse don’t expect waiters to speak fluent english just because its called Americains

best part about the place its open till late, and there decent choice for vegetarian’s like pasta, salads, burger etc along with excellent deserts

watching The Simpsons in french can be quite funny specially when i don’t understand french

Indian(or desi /sri lankan) grocery store in Toulouse

months ago Traveling from Mumbai - Paris -Toulouse air france flight from paris to toulouse they left my check in baggage and there i was in Toulouse …. left with this

but knowing my baggage was in paris and not india , somewhat relieved

i find writing  a about me page boring task  till i am enough bored to sit and write a long about me page :

here short version : puneet 20 something, stayed in  california, toulouse , Mumbai likes clicking photo,  loves aircrafts & flying , finds trying new web 2.0 websites  interesting , like traveling, and yeah can cook after staying alone i landed up learning how to cook
