if you arent familar you might landup inside wrong train, there lot many platform at VT station mumbai there harbour line and then there central line if you arent familar it makes sense to ask someone traveling Vt to Dadar its on central line

It says you dont have to stand in line to buy For first class ticket it says no need to stand in line or que can directly go and ask but if you dare to break into the line you would get nasty stare from passenger who are standing in long line and waiting to buy ticket i think its better they have seprate counter/window window to buy first class ticket
