indifferent attitude of vodafone customer care : moving from vodafone Prepaid to postpaid deficiency and false misleading statement

Recently i (puneet #####) vodafone number ( 982069####) visitedVodafone Store located at : CafeSavoy,HondaMansion,IsmailMerchantchowk,SirJ.Jroad,Byculla 400008 Token No.81 on 02/02/2008 6:29 PM
Purpose of visit : after having used (max touch/orange/Hutch/vodafone) prepaid connection for about 5 years i finally decided to shift to billing plan
your executive at vodafone store : named ” Ar## “ provided me with concerned information, and provided me with New SIM card and i submited the necessary document and photo
I working with #### ##### in india and i had requested that there be no disruption while changing from prepaid to billing service and i was informed by your executive agreeing to and confirming that that the prepaid connection would only be deactivated once the billing simcard is activated
Problem 1 : on 07/02/2008 my prepaid card was deactivated arbitrarily without informing me, and new Post SIM card which was provided was still not activated
1. when i tried calling Vodafone prepaid customer care The prepaid customer support said to contact post paid customer support as they dont have my details as my prepaid card is deactiavted and they can not help me with anything
2. when contacted post paid customer support they say to contact prepaid customer support as i dont show on their system dont have my details
after much inconvenience and struggle finally in the evening i was able to make calls from my new post paid sim card which was provided
Problem 2 Status of hutch access/ vodafone connect (internet service) : during the earlier visit to vodafone on same day dated 02/02/2008 your same executive “Ar##” had informed that amount balance on my prepaid phone would be adjusted on my post paid Sim and i also had specifically inquired about service which i have been using ” hutch access/vodafone connect/ internet service “ for which i use to pay rental of 199 on prepaid i was told the rental would remain same and same service would be transfered and be activated on new post paid sim card

earlier on 05/02/2008 i was charged Rental of 199 towards W3H (vodafone connect/hutch access/internet service)
===================================================on 07/02/2008 when i called vodafone customer care today i was told i need to activate internet again and i have to again pay 199 Again and it wont be adjusted which highly outrageous because i just paid 2 days back but if what your vodafone customer care has said is true
Then this totaly contraditory to what i was informed promised by your executive at vodafone store mentioned above i have every reason to beleive this amount unfair trade practice and your executive made false and misleading statement because there two totally different thing
the question is not about paying 200 rs. it about giving wrong misguiding information to customer i was specifically told by your executive at vodafone that my prepaid balance and services would be transfered and internet remain activated
But i am not able to use internet on my cell phone and access my business mails this had cause huge inconvenience after being vodafone customer for about 5 year faced with such situation’s i am highly frustrated These two problem above have cause grave inconvenience and have sufficient reasons to believe there has been Gross deficiency in Vodafone service
