Cooking Palak Daal / Epinard /spinach Curry
This from September 2007 Trying to cook paalak daal in Toulouse, France, i dont know french so it took quite few time to figure out spinach is called “Epinards” luckily found it at casino its sort of walmart you can say

1. boil the epinard ( thats spinach/paalak its called epinard in french) and the dall together

2. Cut onions/ tomatoes

3. add the salt, spices whatever you like basic being “gaaram masala/ salt/ mirchi power (chilly power) coriander power/turmeric powder and cumin seeds

mix the boilled spinach/epinard paalak/ with the gravy prepared and have have hot indian paalak daal. ready
